Routine is a fundamental part of children’s learning. Our days are well planned and structured. Below, you can get an idea of what a day is like in our nursery:
8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
During this time, the children can be brought to the Daycare Curumim and breakfast will be served.
9:30 – 10:00 a.m.
Morning circle
10:00 – 11:00 a.m. (10:00 – 11:45 a.m. in the Kindergarten)
During this time, various activities can be developed, such as gymnastics, music and rhythm lessons, art crafts, experiments, looking at or reading books, visiting the playground, free play or directed activities, visiting the market or going for a walk in the fresh air. These activities are defined by the pedagogical team and the children.
11:00 – 11:45 a.m. (11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)
Lunch followed by hygiene care, such as brushing teeth, changing diapers, going to the bathroom and washing hands.
12:00 – 2:00 p.m. (12:30 – 2:00 p.m.)
Rest or bedtime and the personal hygiene.
2:15 – 2:30 p.m. (2:45 – 3:00 p.m.)
Afternoon snack. We suggest picking up the children right after the afternoon snack.
3:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Free play, closing ritual and time for children to be picked up.
